Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team. Familiarity with touring, release cycles, and the general music business is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace and general administrative tools is preferred. Familiarity working within Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro) a massive plus. What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience in artist management and music industry operations. Exposure to touring, releases, artist development, and team coordination. Opportunity to work closely with experienced managers and professionals across multiple areas of the business. Insight into the day-to-day workflow behind building and maintaining artist careers. Internship Details This internship is fully remote. Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States, but must be eligible to receive college credit. Candidates based in Austin or Nashville will have opportunities to attend shows, video shoots, and in person meetings. About True Grit Management True Grit Management is a full-service artist management company dedicated to building meaningful, long-term careers for artists.
