Job Responsibilities Providing clients with strategic, integrated tax solutions focused on outbound and inbound structuring Demonstrating a general knowledge of foreign tax credits Completing tax planning and research Developing an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes Assisting with IFRS/GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning Working with businesses around the world to build successful cross-border tax strategies Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA educational requirements for licensure in state of residence completed by start date Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within applicable deadlines and in accordance with firm and client standards Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with firm personnel and clients in person, by telephone, and through electronic or written means Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality of work in a fast paced, client service environment Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment and, as required by the role, at client sites, including the ability to sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer and other standard office equipment Ability to maintain consistent, onsite presence during core business hours including the ability to regularly report to a firm office location and travel to client sites as required, including access to reliable transportation Ability to work extended and/or non standard hours during peak periods or as necessary to meet client, project, or firm business needs Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3.0 GPA An active accreditation obtained, in process or willing and able to obtain one of the following: CPA or EA At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $74,800 - $89,250
